Cupping Therapy Session

Targeted Soft Tissue Release

This hands-on treatment focuses on restoring healthy movement and function in muscles, fascia, and connective tissues. Using targeted manual techniques, this therapy helps reduce muscle tension and improve tissue mobility that may be contributing to restricted movement.

Soft tissue therapy is especially effective for addressing overuse injuries, chronic tightness, sport-related strain, and postural imbalances. It can also help support recovery from acute injuries by improving circulation and reducing localized inflammation.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs and may include a combination of moderate to deep tissue work, scraping (similar to Graston therapy), assisted stretching, and cupping. The goal is to improve how your body moves and feels- so you can return to activities you enjoy with greater comfort and efficiency.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is incorporated as part of a compehensive, movement-based treatment approach. Joint care focuses on restoring proper joint motion and improving the way your body moves and functions as a whole. Through hands-on adjustments, this treatment helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and support optimal nervous system function.

Care is tailored to each individual and may address the spine and extremities, applied conservatively to the joints which are contributing to discomfort or compensation patterns. Whether you're dealing with an acute injury, chronic tension, or performance limitations, chiropractic adjustments are designed to help your body move more efficiently and recover more effectively.

Movement Assessment & Corrective Exercise

A movement assessment is a detailed evaluation of how your body moves under real-world conditions. This includes analyzing posture, joint mobility, muscle activation, balance, and movement patterns to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction.

Rather than focusing only on where symptoms appear, this assessment looks at how different areas of the body work together- and where breakdowns may be occurring. This is especially valuable for recurring injuries, performance plateaus, or pain that hasn't resolved with prior care.

Following the assessment, you'll receive clear, actionable insights into what's driving your symptoms and how to address them.

Corrective exercise is a personalized movement-based approach designed to improve strength, stability, and control in areas that are not functioning optimally. These exercises are selected based on your specific assessment findings and are aimed at restoring balanced movement patterns.

This may include mobility work, activation drills, stability training, and integrated movement progressions to reinforce proper mechanics. The goal is to reduce strain on overworked tissues, improve coordination, and support long-term recovery and performance.

Corrective exercise is often used alongside the other hands-on care to help ensure that improvements carry over into daily life, work, and sport.
